We make custom frames for boats using high quality thick wall stainless steel that will last. We start with raw stock in 20 foot lengths. Using measurement’s from the boat (width of frame, height, etc) we use a CAD program called Ez-Frame to input the data. It then advises us how long to cut each tube, where to mark for the bend and how far to bend it. We repeat the process for all bows then assemble with fittings and take it back to the boat to install and pattern for the top. Perfect every time!
