Our Pontoon covers are made from a light weight material called HydroFend which makes it easier to handle when taking the cover on and off. HydroFend is made by Glen Raven Fabrics which is the same company that makes Sunbrella. This material was designed specifically for seat covers, large playpen covers and so forth and has a higher tear and fade resistance than Sunbrella. We support our covers with high quality adjustable poles made by Vico Marine topped with BoatVents to allow the vessel to breath when covered. We also install padded 2″x3″ feet on the bottom of the poles to make them more stable.
